Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges or repairs are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Any damage must be reported immediately upon receiving your order.

Our products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship. Proof of purchase showing the purchase date is required for all warranty claims. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain your product, wipe it with a soft duster or a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, soaking, or excessive moisture, as these may damage the finish.
