Exchanges & Damages

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Claims for damage must be made as soon as the package is received.

If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item as appropriate. We may request photos of the damage and proof of purchase to process your claim.

Lifetime Warranty

We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on our products.

To make a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase showing the purchase date (including the month, day, and year).

This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Care Instructions

To help preserve the quality and finish of your item:

• Dust regularly with a soft duster or microfiber cloth.

• If needed, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth.

• Do not soak the item or use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scrubbing pads, as these may damage the finish.
